# BCL

> BCL (bcl.my) is a no-code selling platform for Malaysian small businesses. Owners build payment forms, payment links, event ticketing, bookings and paid content, share one link on WhatsApp, TikTok or Instagram, and see every sale in one place. Bayarcash, a Malaysian payment gateway, collects each payment and pays it out to the merchant's bank, minus its fee.

Key facts:
- Money goes through the merchant's own Bayarcash account; BCL records the sale. Two logins: bcl.my and the Bayarcash Console.
- New accounts start in Test Mode; real payments need an approved Bayarcash merchant account.
- FPX and DuitNow come as standard. Cards, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay), pay-later (3 providers: SPayLater, PayLater by Grab, Boost PayFlex; SPayLater and Boost PayFlex also by QR) and cross-border QR (NETS, QRIS, PromptPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) work after Bayarcash switches them on. Prices are in RM only.
- Payment forms, payment links, coupons and transactions need no add-on. Add-ons (monthly or yearly, invoiced, never auto-charged): COD & Manual Transfer, LHDN E-Invoice, Courier Integration, Event Management, Lead Forms, OTP-Protected Content.
- LHDN e-invoices are submitted to MyInvois through Bayarcash as intermediary; auto-submit is on by default.
- No refund button: the merchant refunds outside BCL. Buyers contact the merchant. Affiliates are paid by the merchant, not automatically.
- This site publishes no fees. Ask Bayarcash for rates.
