Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions document governing your use of BCL.my, Malaysia’s premier all-in-one payment and e-invoicing platform.
1. Introduction
BCL.my (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) offers SaaS solutions including landing page creation, payment links, dynamic QR codes, payment processing via Bayarcash, and e-invoice issuance. By using BCL.my, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please discontinue usage immediately.
2. Services Provided
Our platform enables you to:
- Create payment links, landing pages, and dynamic QR codes for your business needs
- Accept payments across multiple Malaysian and international payment channels
- Automatically issue and manage LHDN-compliant electronic invoices
- Track marketing campaign conversions and manage affiliate programs
- Integrate via APIs and webhooks for flexible automation
3. Account Registration and Security
To access BCL.my services, you must register an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities occurring under your credentials. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment Processing
All payment transactions are securely processed via our trusted partner, Bayarcash, and other integrated gateways. Key details include:
- Authorization for BCL.my and partners to process payments on your behalf
- Transparent transaction fees as per your pricing plan
- Notification of fee changes in advance
- Funds settlement timelines dependent on payment channel and clearing process
5. E-Invoicing Compliance
BCL.my complies fully with LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) electronic invoicing standards. Users agree to:
- Use the e-invoicing functionality responsibly and legally according to Malaysian tax laws
- Provide accurate invoice information to avoid non-compliance or penalties
- Maintain required invoice records as per local regulations
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses
You must not use BCL.my for activities including but not limited to:
- Illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Distribution of malicious software or viruses
- Interfering with platform security or operations
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of third parties
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights including content, software, trademarks, and logos displayed on BCL.my are owned by BCL.my or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modifying, or distribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCL.my shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. We strive for service reliability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operations.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for Terms violations, inactivity, or other reasons with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
BCL.my may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or platform announcements. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
