What is BCL?
BCL is a no-code selling platform for Malaysian small businesses. Build a payment form, payment link, ticketed event or booking page, share one link on WhatsApp, TikTok or Instagram, and see every sale in one place. Bayarcash, a Malaysian payment gateway, collects the payments and pays them out to your bank.
Can I start before my Bayarcash account is approved?
Yes. New accounts start in Test Mode, so you can build and try your forms first. Test payments go to the Bayarcash sandbox and nothing is charged. Your forms keep working after you connect Bayarcash.
Which payment methods can my customers use?
FPX online banking and DuitNow QR come as standard. Cards (Visa and Mastercard), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), Buy Now Pay Later (SPayLater, PayLater by Grab, Boost PayFlex) and cross-border QR (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and China) appear once Bayarcash switches them on for your account. Prices are in RM.
Do I need an add-on?
Not to start. Payment forms, payment links, coupons and transactions need no add-on. Add-ons unlock Event Management, Lead Forms, OTP-Protected Content, COD & Manual Transfer, LHDN E-Invoice and Courier Integration. Each is monthly or yearly, renewals are invoiced (never auto-charged), and you can cancel yourself.
How do refunds work?
BCL has no refund button. Return the money to your customer yourself (for example by bank transfer), then cancel the order in BCL so your records match.
Who do my customers contact about their order?
You. Orders, deliveries, bookings and refunds are between you and your customer, not BCL or Bayarcash. Your contact details are on their receipt, and they can look up their orders and receipts in the Customer Portal with a one-time code.
Do I need a website to use BCL?
No. Each form has its own link, and your BCL homepage lists all your forms on one link. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or a printed QR. If you already have a website, you can embed a form on it.
What can I sell with BCL?
Products, class and tuition fees, donations, event tickets, bookings, paid videos and files, and counter payments with QR Terminal. Events, Lead Forms and Protected Content need their add-on. Bookings, payment forms and payment links do not.
