  1. Use the template

    Go to Bookings, then Forms, click Templates and choose Use Template on Boat Tour & Island Trip.

  2. Set your trips & prices

    On Bookings, then Services, rename each trip and set your price for the Adult and Child tickets.

  3. Set seats per trip

    On Bookings, then Services, set each trip's capacity to the number of seats on your boat.

Yes. Snorkeling Gear is an add-on on the trips. Change its price or remove it on the service's Add-ons tab.

The weather is bad. Can I move a booking?

Yes. On Bookings, then Bookings, you can reschedule or cancel a booking. You can also let customers reschedule with Allow Rescheduling on the service's Scheduling tab.

A group booked by phone. Can I add them myself?

Yes. On Bookings, then Bookings, click Manual Booking, choose the trip, date and time, and enter the customer's details.
