Use the template

Go to Bookings, then Forms, click Templates and choose Use Template on Tuition Center.
Set your subjects & fees

On Bookings, then Services, rename each class to your subject, set the fee and raise Slot Capacity for group classes.
Add your teachers

On Bookings, then Employees, replace the samples with your teachers' names, emails and hours.
Switch it on & share

Choose your Payment Options, turn on Form Active and share the link in your parents' WhatsApp group.

Can I add more subjects?

Yes. Add a new service on Bookings, then Services, and add it to the form's Available Services. Delete the sample subjects you do not teach.

How do I sell the workbook with the class?

Workbook is an add-on on the services. Rename it, set your own price or remove it on the service's Add-ons tab.

Should I use this for monthly fees?

This template books classes by slot. For a fixed monthly fee that is deducted automatically, BCL has Direct Debit on payment forms instead.
