On Bookings, then Services, rename each workshop, set the price and raise Slot Capacity to the number of seats.

Can participants add lunch or a certificate?

Yes. Lunch and Certificate are add-ons on the services. Change their names and prices, or remove them, on each service's Add-ons tab.

Should I use this or an event form?

Use this template for workshops that repeat on a schedule. For a one-off event with ticket types, seat plans and QR check-in, BCL has event forms with the Events add-on.

Can I charge less for an early date?

Yes. On the service's Pricing tab, add a rate under Day & Time Rates with a Date range and the price for those dates.
