Use the template

Go to Bookings, then Forms, click Templates and choose Use Template on Medical Clinic.
Set your services & prices

On Bookings, then Services, edit each service, set your own price on the Pricing tab and change the extras on the Add-ons tab.
Add your doctors

On Bookings, then Employees, replace the two samples with your doctors' real names and emails, and set their working hours.
Switch it on & share

Choose a Payment Option on the Payment tab, turn on Form Active and share the link with your patients.

What clinic owners ask before they use the Medical Clinic template.

Can patients add a Medical Certificate or Blood Test to their booking?

Yes. The template adds them as add-ons on the services. Change their names and prices, or remove them, on the service's Add-ons tab under Bookings, then Services.

Why are booking alerts not reaching my doctors?

The sample doctors have example email addresses that reach nobody. Open Bookings, then Employees, click Edit on each one and enter the doctor's real Name and Email.

Can I delete both sample doctors and keep the form?

Not if the form books Appointment services. An Appointment service needs at least one employee in Assigned Staff, so add your real doctors first, then delete the samples.
