I switched it on but no WhatsApp was sent. Why?
The template sends through Wabot. Connect your provider under Platform Setup, then Integrations, then WhatsApp (Automation) first. Until then the WhatsApp node shows that the provider is not connected.
Can I wait longer than one hour?
Yes. Click the Wait node and set the delay you want, then save it and click Update Automation.
Can I copy this automation to another BCL account?
Yes. On the Automations list, click the row menu and choose Export JSON, then use Import JSON in the other account and pick your forms again.
