How it runs

Two nodes: the Payment Success trigger, joined to a Send Wabot action with a sample message.

Before you switch it on

Sends through Wabot. Connect it under Platform Setup, then Integrations, then WhatsApp (Automation) before you switch it on.

Make it yours in 4 steps

Four steps from the template to a WhatsApp after every payment.

  1. Connect Wabot

    Go to Platform Setup, then Integrations, then WhatsApp (Automation), turn on Enable Wabot Integration, paste your Access Token and Instance ID and click Verify Connection.

  2. Use the template

    On Automations, click Templates and choose Use Template on Wabot Payment Notification. It opens switched off.

  3. Make the message yours

    Click the Send Wabot node and reword the sample message, which is in Malay. Use Variables to add {name}, {amount} or {receipt_url}.

  4. Update & activate

    Click Update Automation, then Activate. Each successful payment now sends its WhatsApp.

Questions owners ask

What owners ask about the Wabot Payment Notification template.

My Send Wabot node is grey and says Wabot is not connected. What is missing?

Check that Enable Wabot Integration is on, that the Access Token and Instance ID are saved and that Verify Connection succeeds. Then reload the automation page.

Can I test the message on my own number?

Yes. Once Wabot is connected, the Send Wabot node has a Test Wabot section. Enter your number as 601XXXXXXXXX and click Send.

I use Wasapbot, not Wabot. Can I still do this?

Yes. Build the same flow with a Send WasapBot node: click the trigger, click Add Node and choose Send WasapBot.
