How it runs

Two nodes: the Lead Form Submitted trigger, joined to a Send SMS to Admin action.

Before you switch it on

Sends through SMS Niaga, using your own credit. Connect it under Platform Setup, then Integrations, then SMS (SMSNiaga) before you switch it on.

Make it yours in 4 steps

Four steps from the template to an SMS for every lead.

  1. Connect SMS Niaga

    Go to Platform Setup, then Integrations, then SMS (SMSNiaga), turn on Enable SMS Notifications and save your SMS API Key.

  2. Use the template

    On Automations, click Templates and choose Use Template on Lead Form SMS Notification. It opens switched off.

  3. Set your number & message

    Pick your lead form in the trigger. In Send SMS to Admin, enter your number with the country code, such as 601XXXXXXXXX, and a short message.

  4. Update & activate

    Click Update Automation, then Activate. The next enquiry sends you an SMS.

Common questions about the Lead Form SMS Notification template.

Which variable gives me the lead's name or phone?

Lead form fields use their name and id, such as {full_name:1}. Open Variables in the action to see your form's own fields.

Can I put a link in the SMS?

No. SMS Niaga does not send messages with a URL. Keep it to plain text of up to 160 characters.

Can the lead get a message too?

Yes. Add a Send Email step using your form's email field, such as {email_address:2}, to thank them straight away.
